Add ability to discover and join existing spaces/people from server #78

Summary
Add dedicated functionality to discover and connect to existing spaces and people on the Webex server that are not currently in the local room list. This is separate from the existing quick filter search.
Requirements
- Add UI for discovering spaces/people on the server
- Allow users to join discovered spaces
- Allow users to start conversations with discovered people
- Integrate with existing room/conversation management
Implementation Notes
- This may require new API endpoints in the webex-rust crate (located in ../vendor/webex-rust)
- The webex-rust dependency can be modified and selected in Cargo.toml if needed
- This consolidates two related todo items: discovering new spaces and contacting new people
- This issue supersedes Contact someone who is not in the rooms list #11 - it includes the functionality to contact people by userid/email, plus adds comprehensive space discovery and joining capabilities
Acceptance Criteria
- Users can search for and discover spaces on the server
- Users can join discovered spaces
- Users can find and start conversations with people not in current list (includes Contact someone who is not in the rooms list #11 functionality)
- New spaces/conversations appear in the main interface after joining
