vendor translations not included in the interface

I've found today that any existing translations located inside the vendors are not included at the interface.

I believe it would be a common request that the validator messages be translated over.

Is there a specific reason for that?

this tool only focus on the application translations. How do you plan to deal with translation updates from the vendors files that you may not have push permissions?

I think the bundle should also import files from app/Resource/*/translations but not from vendor.
