Clean out cruft on internal flash beneath mount points when required #30

@gardners

Description

@gardners

If USB or SDcard fails, it is possible that data ends up written to the underyling mount points, which can fill the internal flash. This can break updates and cause other problems (like blank root password).

We should clean these out on boot, and in the setup script for updates, to make sure that there is enough space.
