i ghave this problem : ERRO[0000] json: cannot unmarshal array into Go value of type map[string]string suite=true

how to resolve this error?

Hi.

This means something wrong with the webserver.

Use the following command to see the server response:
curl -v -H "X-Asterlink-Token: <your token>" "http://crmurl.com/index.php?entryPoint=AsterLinkEntryPoint&action=get_ext_users"

It should output {"extension":"user id"} or nothing if no extensions are configured in suitecrm user profiles .

Either you have custom modified version installed or some configuration conflict.
Try to uninstall suitecrm asterlink module and then install it from the releases page:
suitecrm-asterlink-module.zip

You are missing call origination permissions for AMI user.
