Would it be possible to customize the UI colors with the .ini file?

What is more, I propose syntax highlight should default to Markdown instead of bash, since that is also what Simplenote makes better use of.

There is pull request for some UI coloring, you can try it.
As for the rest, sorry have no time cause i switched to mac. Unfortunately 'bash' is hardcoded, so you need to recompile to change it.
