Create SpikeInterpolator #91
Description
For now we have SequenceInterpolator and PhaseShiftedSequenceInterpolator but both assume regular timeseries, which is not true for spikes
Also, for spike counts we need a different type of interpolation - where we actually aggregate the signal (eg do binning and not upsampling as for calcium now) - so this needs a different interpolator
Afaik @PavithraElumalai was planning to do it. @PavithraElumalai could you please let us know if thats still the plan? Do you need some help with it?
