re write code for HBN item analysis file

this took sig. number of hours given the fact that some of the coding had to be done manually.

What I did was create a new csv file that maps every data column from HBN csv files (2024 version) to the data dictionary and then code each column with the following tags: "question" "score" "subheading" "Unknown". Unknown usually corresponds to administration data. Generally, the data dictionaries map on well to the csv files but there are some exceptions. For example, 'CBCL_Pre', the data columns are coded as 'CBCLPre_<01>' and the corresponding data dictionary variables are 'CBCL_Pre'. So there were a number of questionnaires that had to be manually checked and new exception cases written for them, which ended up taking a long time.
