can't download the campaign report in csv

seems like i am not able to downalod in csv the reporting i want for a specific email campaing. the link im using is https://ip2report.herokuapp.com/#/

and please find below what shows up when i m trying to download the report.

please update me when you can fix this issue.

Same here, caused by 30 sec request timeout.
