I have a button on an article that is showing an incorrect vote count. Strangely, it still links to the correct HN discussion page. I wanted to see what the issue was, so I went to hn-button.com and pasted the link into the page into the URL box, and got the same result (incorrect vote count, but correct link). On a whim, I removed the trailing slash in the URL, and the vote count became correct! The funny thing is, I checked the HN submission, and I'm pretty sure that the link I posted also contained the trailing slash.
