Allow importing data for other users in STAplus

Hi,

I'm trying to import data from iNaturalist in STA. To do so I need to be able to create the observers as Parties. Unfortunately this is not possible do to security restrictions: A Party can only create himself (using the id of the "sub" in the authentication process). Is there a way to declare a authenticated user as "admin" in order to allow him/her to create Parties and associate datastreams other parties?.

Each FROST-Server deplyoment can be configured with an admin account. A configured admin has all rights to manage also a STAplus deployment. So, the admin can create any Party entity as well as CRUD on any other SensorThings PLuS data model entity.
