Allow text/plain view of the text files

Right now, the functionality allows only the download of the files where the body of the HTTP response is empty. However, it would be useful to have the option for a file to be served with text/plain content type instead of downloading it. 

I believe such functionality also has its place in this package and fits under the semantics of "serving a file".
