Add suggested addresses to test for non-Seattlites

I fully realize this is geared specifically towards Seattlites who probably know addresses they can try out. But for someone from out of the area, it might be helpful to add an example address or two to the search modal.

I can see a few ways to do this - any preferences?

1. Just prefill the search box with one example address, e.g. City Hall
2. A list of a few landmarks' addresses that can be copied and pasted
3. A nudge that you can try it out with just a 5-digit ZIP code and a couple of suggestions

Or if we want to get really ambitious, I could try copying over the click on map to select location functionality used in https://hazardready.org/

For simplicity, my preference would be 1. Maybe make the HTML something like<input... placeholder="600 Fourth Avenue"..>. However, searching that address didn't return any results for me. Maybe I'm missing something?

EDIT: I just noticed it's using Mapbox's geocoder and fully specifying the city and state returned the expected results. Perhaps it is possible to automatically populate the city and state in the request to the geocoder since this is a Seattle specific website?
