Connecting Android app to self hosted version not just cloud

How can I edit this or set it up so that I can use this with the self hosted url instead of the seatable cloud version? When I install it I just see the login but nowhere to enter the server url for my self hosted instance. Any assistance is helpful as this would allow all the self hosted users here on github to use an android version.
