Error displaying raster layers on firefox

Example in: Seasketch FSM, under Admin only > Kosrae OUS by sector > Cultural > preservation wood layer

This layer (and some other raster layers) appear with a small x and an error message when you hover over the x. It displays okay. This does not occur in Chrome but does occur in Firefox.
