Init Github "Scaffold" Question #166
Description
Currently all scaffolds are presented when initializing a project - however, we will want to limit (filter) the scaffolds based on a new question that asks if you will be using "Snap" vs. "Snap Templates". Currently the Snap Templates scaffold is private (until 1.0 launch) so the question would need to only be asked if there are actually scaffolds that apply (is logged in these private scaffolds would appear). This question should be asked after the framework question ("preact").
choose framework -> choose templates or not -> choose scaffold
If we need to rename this scaffold to make this filtering easier that is certainly something that can be done.
