Move this repo to a new organization

[seanseannery]

Currently this repo is under my personal seanseannery organization, which limits what github.io pages i can create and it makes it feel less official as an open source tool.

Acceptance criteria:

• The tool has been moved to a new public github organization owned by seanseannery (still under the umbrella of seanseannery)
• All github workflows, documentation, package names, and install scripts have been updated to use the new organization where necessary.
