User ability to Add "layers" #18
Description
This goes along with UI enhancements.
Layers are meant in the sense of layers like in photoshop, which a user is able to toggle from being visible to not visible. The the toggling/ addition/ deletion of layers allows the user to control over what information is present in a way similar to grouping through tagging but with the added benefit of allowing the user to overlay different levels of information.
