Is this still active/maintained?

Getting plugins to work on windows is no longer possible i think. The pyGTK dependency seems to have been broken for a while (all installers fail).

I'm just looking for image/text rotation in Dia. Do you have any advice on alternative techniques or modules (that dont require pyGTK) ?
