RepresentationMapType misses valuelist?

The SDMX-JSON structure schema defines a RepresentationMapType.

Among others, it offers the properties source and target. These are objects that must contain one of the following properties: codelist and dataType.

Should valuelist be added to the list of expected properties? After all, it's possible to map valuelists too.

Notes from the formats TF review:

• RepresentationMapType -> source| target, the codelist object is defined as AnyCodelistReferenceType.
• AnyCodelistReferenceType allows for both Codelist or ValueList.
