[Feature] Make the app name and activity labels translatable #135
Description
The app name "Activity Manager" is not a proper noun and can therefore be translated into other languages. For example, it can be translated into Chinese as "活动管理器." Alternatively, to maintain professionalism, the Android-specific term can be retained, such as translating it as "Activity 管理器."
For example, most Google apps that are not proper nouns have corresponding Chinese translations:

Only proper nouns remain untranslated, for example:
- Gemini
- Play
- Chrome
- YouTube
- Gmail
As for activity names, almost all activity names are not designated as proper nouns unless the activity represents a standalone app. Therefore, activity names should also be translatable.
