suggestion - optional apt update && apt upgrade -y loop

Can we get an adjustment to all the scripts, perhaps?

As part of my quarterly maintenance I run an update/upgrade cycle pre-running your script - would save time if that was an option built into the script. Suggest maybe adding "os" to the end of the script command line to trigger. 

Would love to see it.
