Api version deprecated #42

Hi,
With the release of v3 endpoints (https://developer.riotgames.com/api-versioning.html), the api calls does not work anymore.
As far as I have seen, the apiCallPaths should also be updated, as endpoint.region does not seem to be relevant, and "api" is not included in the url.
