DynamoDB (and Alternator) - Announcing end-of-support for AWS SDK for Java v1.x effective December 31, 2025

As in the title, Java SDK for DynamoDB library used by YCSB is supported only by the end of the year (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/developer/announcing-end-of-support-for-aws-sdk-for-java-v1-x-on-december-31-2025/) and migration to AWS SDK for Java v2.x is recommended.

This pull request #3 (and original github.com/brianfrankcooper/pull/1624) are still not merged.

@m-szymon is the mentioned PR still a valid and complete solution to the issue? If so, are you able to (and does it make sense to) review the patch prior to the required rebase to master?

There are already conflicts + I have some more changes. In principle it is valid, but I will update it after closing #11 .
