Deprecations
These deprecations only exist because they were never marked as "internal," meaning some crazy library users could potentially be using these functions. These changes will likely not affect you if you're not doing anything crazy.

JsonRefclass has been marked as@final. In v10.x, this class will be marked as final through thefinalkeyword. JsonRef::decode()has been deprecated and will be removed in v10.x. It has been replaced byJsonRef::decodeRef().- The

Language::complete()has been deprecated and will be removed in v10.x.Language::$modehas been deprecated and will no longer be accessible.
