Doesn't seem to load vaults?

Hey, I'm on a Mac, Apple M2, Sequoia 15.6.1 and trying to get this to work. I downloaded the latest .dmg and it wouldn't load any vaults, it just stuck with the default random tables. I could select a vault from the file select, but when I would open, nothing seemed to open or happen in response.

I cloned the repo and tried running locally to see if I could figure out what might be going on, but it behaves the same way running locally. Was curious if this was something that had been encountered before? Would love some guidance on getting this set up—maybe there's a step I missed or something I need to add to the vault to get it to parse correctly?
