Integrate audio visualization in microphone mute icon #202
Description
so that we can see if the microphone is getting audio.
The "sound" will "fill up" the microphone icon color depending on how loud it is.
No sound: Microphone icon is default color (e.g., white)
medium loudness: Microphone icon is half white (top) and half a different color (bottom)
Maximum loudness: Microphone icon is fully a different color
