Where are the module options to toggle filters, etc?

I have been unable to find out how to toggle (eg) the display of **Greek Accents** for a module that has the related configuration key.

> `GlobalOptionFilter=UTF8GreekAccents`

Please advise ASAP, @tgriffitts-vs @scribe777 

None of the documented filters seem to have any UI controls.
1. Why were they not included in **Bishop** from the start ?
2. Will these be added later?
