Add Codacy and deepscan for code quality

Currently there is no any code quality measurements in the repository. It would be better to have such thing so that others can understand the code and it maintain the clean and code quality of the project

Hi @carpecodeum, we need to add Codacy badger to the repository in order to identify issues with code styles, unused codes, performance issues and etc. What you have to do it log into Codacy and add the forked repository for analyzing. Then it will give a badge (that can be added to the README.md) and just add the badge to the readme and make PR. If you want to proceed you can fix the issues that codacy is suggesting. (You may prefer the Bassa project if you want to get some idea)

For abstraction idea, This is an app that would help the users to track elephants and their locations. If you need to some more details please raise your question in the gitter channel.
