Update Outdated CSS & JS Libraries

Problem :

Current Web interface of OpenDF is using outdated CSS and JavaScript libraries , which may cause performance and security issues.

Outdated Libraries :

• Angular [ Using : v1.2.5 & Latest : v7.0.0 ]
• Bootstrap [ Using : v3.2.0 & Latest : v4.1.3 ]
• jQuery [ Using : v1.11.0 & Latest : v3.3.1 ]

Possible Fix :

• Update outdated libraries
• Change the code according to need for the update of libraries
