Add indexing timestamp? #1
Description
Right now we store one version of each resource in the index and we wipe out the index each time we re-index. I'm wondering if we included a timestamp field that represented the time of indexing and accumulated the results if we might be able to get some resource lifecycle data that could be tracked over time.
