Feature request: Add 2D NISE to metrics module #5
Description
I would like to replicate the NISE values in Table II of the pre-print to closer understand and replicate the numeric results.
If the function used could be added to the metrics module, such that I can print the comparison between p0 and p_split when running example_splitting_polar_transformation.py, that would be great, thank you.
