pdf2csv reports an error

When I try to use pdf2csv.pl it reports
Can't call method "val" on an undefined value at d:\CmdTools\MSProTools\script\pdf2csv.pl line 206.

This is usually caused by a PDF that uses an (AFAIK) non-standard way to embed the outlines. Can you share this PDF (via private mail)?
