Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• Occasional prost mismatches and apertures that get shredded in large, nearby hosts (issue Flagging of possible shredding #288 )

Describe the solution you'd like

• A way for users to interactively select a host galaxy centroid and "draw" an elliptical aperture.
• Following that, blast would re-run the workflows from the global aperture photometry stage.
