Sorry for the inconvenience. We recently transitioned Blast to using OIDC-base authentication instead of manually provisioned accounts. This supports more flexibility and security for our users. A consequence of this change is that now anyone can authenticate, but in order to have permission to upload you need to request authorization. Our support email is only a week or so old, and so we need your help to debug what failed for you. We will follow up by email to continue helping you. (By the way, it's a minor point, but Blast is not an acronym. That being said, everyone seems to be spelling it in all caps so at some point we'll be forced to create a backronym for it 😆 ) |

Hi,
I previously used a local BLAST login, under the username nsathishkumar, but after the switch, I tried logging in using CILogon with the same email (neshini.s@tamu.edu), but I can no longer upload transients. Can you help link my accounts, or reauthorize me to upload transients?
Also, the support email link in the BLAST documentation isn’t working for me, so I wasn’t sure how else to reach out.
