Update INSTALL.md with additional requirements #32
Description
INSTALL.md lists LibPFASST as the only additional dependency for LibPFASST programs in SWEET.
However, MPI needs to be installed as well -> Add ./install_mpich.sh as an additional requirement and mention this in the text as well.
EDIT:
Additionally, install_shtns_python.sh should be executed for SWEET on the sphere in order to use the Python scripts later on.
