Add Umlauts and some Emojies

Add at least the German umlauts öüäöüä, the letter ß and a few nice emojies, like ️️a HEart and Big arrows in all 4 or 8 directions.
Nonlinear ascii, or even better, some kind of utf8-minimal parsing is required here.
