[feature request] - Allow an *Advanced Toggle* & Scope ... #31

@SecureCloud-biz

Description

@SecureCloud-biz

#Scenario

let's say I'm on a random site, .. like... www.add0n.com

And I Check - Apply only to (https://add0n.com)
And I set ALL of my Policy Rules to Allow All

Right now, that's pretty much what i do (depending) - (My other ticket would make life ALOT easier - Add 2 Buttons) #30
So, I'm on a site, i checked Apply only to, so it's only for *this* site, and I - Allowed All..

#Question - 1

Now how (??) does that affect other files imported into the site,
or what about other sites that are pulling in for.. let's say Marketing or Analytics or whatever.. also iFrames...

so something like this.. (an average modern website)

  • add0n.com
      • google analytics
      • some other Analytics
      • maybe a couple CDN's
      • iFrames or whatever else..

So that's my point, when i enable *ALL* for a particular site, how does that affect all the imported sites & files?
what gets blocked?

Maybe there should be a checkbox for Only this Site or Only this Site & it's imported files a Global within this site.
So you could abstract between the site & the site & files.. because once you click the checkbox for only this site and allow all.. that auto enables every other site it imports & all those files...

That's why maybe like an Advanced Toggle could allow you to go more fine grained.. like i can hover over: Other Resources, WebSockets.. it would be nice to be able to click on Javascript or WebSockets .. and be able to see just those, and enable or disable as well..

#Question - 2

I've always wondered this.. but if i goto a site.. say.. example.com and say i goto Open Log page and i whitelist a site... say.. google-analytics.com (let's say for this site, i need it enabled (whitelisted))... Now the question is.. i whitelisted it.. so if i goto another-site.com and it also uses google-analytics.com... will it too be whitelisted there? is it Global whitelisting or per-site? i always wondered that.. because ALOT of sites use jQuery.. if i enable it on 1 site, do i never have to worry about enabling it again? or for each site? - (it should be each site, not Global)

#Question - 3

in Open Log page.. once you allow (whitelist).. it disappears... it would be nice to be able to still see it & just have a button saying like enabled or disabled.. (background-color) maybe if touched.. green for enabled (whitelist).. red for disabled (blacklist)... and just gray or white (default) if untouched... -- because the only way i see to... enable something that was blacklisted.. is to export out the settings JSON file.. edit it... then import it back in. -- (Sorting would be nice too ;-) )

I'm sorry, i know alot of this might be confusing, if anything is.. please ask.
