Watch does not reflect unit preferences

Noticed on the watch app it showing my range in miles instead of kilometres. iPhone app shows range in kilometres though

Weird, I'll take a look at this later.

Because Apple Watch is weird and dumb, it does not use App Groups, so that preference needs to be moved into iCloud. I have a fix that I'll test tonight.

well km is a part of Canada's and most other countries unit of measure of distance lol

True! I meant in the US -- it was weird that a few weeks ago, the API started sending kilometers for us, too.

Update is out -- @shaqaruden can you confirm if it fixes on your end? May need to kill and restart the watch app after changing the units for it to show up.
