Extend TBR Refactor for Mass Experimentation #98
Description
The existing refactor for the TBR code breaks apart the training and evaluation pipeline.
Presently, the script parameters are designed to be edited manually, and each file must be run individually.
This is both tedious and liable to result in accidental misconfiguration.
This issue seeks to continue the refactor for more streamlined experimentation and natural scaling to automated experimentation
