Wiki API anchored links are broken #95

On the API reference page in the wiki, the in-page links are broken and the anchors do not go anywhere. For example: https://github.com/schlangster/skyui/wiki/MCM-API-Reference#ModName does not go to the ModName portion which has an anchor link of: https://github.com/schlangster/skyui/wiki/MCM-API-Reference#-string-modname
The right navigation pane works, but is more difficult to read. Would have forked the wiki and edited on github, but apparently we can't fork wiki's without cloning it with git.
