Make use of createdBy/modifiedBy #55

SUMMARY
There is currently two unused fields called createdBy and modifiedBy. The idea is that we either automatically pick up the user name, or you can configure it in the config file. This is not for auditing, given the serverless nature of Strongbox, but it is useful to create a log of who did what.
