[Feature Request] Option to disable all but the on-screen keyboard from the menus

I'm setting up a handheld for a young, curious relative. I'd like to be able to set a game up then have only the keyboard accessible.

Without this option, any game that requires typing isn't viable.

I've now added a mode "On (Only On-Screen Keyboard While in Game)" to the "Use L3 Button to Show Menu" core input option. With that it should be somewhat feasible to set up content with auto start and auto shut down to never show the start menu or the Gamepad Mapper. But looking at your fork I see you commented out many more functions so I'm not sure if this new option is enough here...

Excellent, thanks a lot.

I was trying to be thorough so I wouldn't be iterating back and forth. I was in and out pretty quickly and butchered your code, haha. There's definitely a bit in there that wasn't necessary and probably breaks standalone, I think it was. And I'm sure there's a much more elegant way to achieve the same result with a few well-targeted changes, unlike my lopping off anything seemingly relevant. So, don't look to what I did as something to imitate.
