Shift + Restart (partially) no longer works in recent RA releases

This isn't a DOSBox Pure issue, it's a RetroArch issue. I'm just letting you know.

When holding down the Shift key and clicking on Restart on the Quick Menu, it will no longer return to the DOSBox Pure "Start Menu". It just restarts the game. So if Auto Start has been selected on the Start Menu, then the user can no longer return to the Start Menu using this method.

But... Shift + Enter will still work. It's only Shift + left mouse button that no longer works.

The last stable RetroArch release that still worked with the left mouse button appears to be version 1.21.0.

Anything since then will not work, including the latest nightly build.

I posted about this being a problem on the RetroArch PR that introduced this issue (libretro/RetroArch#17950) and I mentioned it again before the release of 1.21 on Discord but in the end DOSBox Pure is not that important to have someone besides me look at. Even though I am a bit bummed about it, I fully understand that the onus was on me to submit a fix for this issue and I haven't done that. I probably should do that some time, especially because my preferred way of doing it was with Shift + left mouse button 😄
