[Feature request] Full support of Adlib Gold with Surround Module

Would it be possible to add support for the Surround Module of Adlib Gold?

For the (very few) games it supported it, it made a significant difference. The most noticeable example is 'Dune'.

Dosbox-staging already added support to this: dosbox-staging/dosbox-staging#1672
