Launch all in category

This is more a feature request.

I would like to be able to launch all configurations contained in a category. I would see the following "implementation":

• The run button in the view is enabled when clicking on a category. (probably with a different tool tip saying it would run all configurations.
• Contextual menu when right-clicking on the category should display Run All and Debug All entries.

No stress here. I might even be able to find some free time to implement this since I have good experience with Eclipse plugin development.
