Error for prepareCoinData() without argument

If prepareCoinData() is called without an argument R throws an error:

Error in getIndex(directory = directory) :
could not find function "getIndex"

Dependency is not clear to me.

R Version: "R version 3.4.3 (2017-11-30)"
laoded libraries: devtools, rCoinInterface, ggplot2 and jsonlite

Looks like a refactoring mistake. Thanks @swissecon-cryptecon

With the switch to the auto coinRefresh() approach, this won't be a problem anymore. I will include the fix in the next release.
