The tx accessions now have version numbers and when these are incremented, the change needs to be handled in the database queries.
Adding a new version could result in both versions being returned in panel queries if co-ordinates are the same. Could have an obsolete flag?
Panels that have new versions available need a flag added to them so they can be updated if necessary.
This could check to see if there are co-ordinate differences and if there are none/they are below an agreed threshold (e.g. 2bp) then the version can be updated without review of probe design.
