[Feature Request] Provide a template on marketing opt-in opt-out

Here's an example. How would I build something like this showing that we are pulling data from the container runtime to better understand it's usage a la https://www.rocket.chat/blog/docker-images-change

Apologies for the slow response here @alberttwong. Just so I understand, is this something you'd need for specifically helm, or would other artifact types be in play here too?
