Different JSON serialization library

I would be interested in using circe for JSON serialization instead of spray-json.
What would it take to make it pluggable? I can maybe help contribute.

Interesting idea. The current spray-json implementation depends on two core pieces:

1. the json parser and AST
2. some form of json AST lenses to perform AST transformations before deserialization happens

Any combination of these two things that share an AST can be used to implement a Stamina implementation.

I haven't looked all that deeply into Circe yet but their main README says that there is no lenses implementation included. From what I can quicly scan the Monocle approach would require you to have case classes for your older model versions and that's exactly wat Stamina was created to prevent.

But if you find the right combination of tools, I'd love to hear about it and see whether we can create a more pluggable Stamina JSON implementation.

Actually, while lenses are a fantastic way to implement your AST transformations, there's nothing in Stamina that requires lenses specifically.

I think it should be possible (and make sense) to make a 'stamina-circe' that depends on 'stamina-core', just like 'stamina-json' - perhaps we should rename 'stamina-json' to 'stamina-spray-json'.
