Support for non-admin repositories

I know this changes the auth system in the time-tracker, but it would be very helpful to be able to log on any repository.

It isn't equivalent, but maybe one could implement a sort of "company tracking" so that new repositories of a tracked company are immediately available for logging time. This would fix the issue for me, since I cannot log on repositories if they weren't added explicitly.
Do you have the same use case?
